An Oxford car retailer has been crowned the best in the UK at a prestigious national awards ceremony.
Waylands Volvo Oxford, based on Cumnor Hill, has been named National Retailer of the Year at the Volvo Car UK Retailer of the Year Awards.
The highly sought-after awards recognised ten retailer groups from across the country, with Waylands Volvo Oxford selected as the overall national winner after consistently exceeding market opportunities and outperforming a range of customer-focused targets throughout the year.
The ceremony took place on Saturday 28 February at the Park Hyatt London River Thames Hotel and was hosted by Volvo Car UK Ambassador Claudia Winkleman.
The Oxford team was commended as the top-performing retailer nationwide, consistently surpassing new and used car sales targets. Judges also praised the dealership’s commitment to delivering an informative, premium customer experience aligned with Volvo’s brand values.
The success didn’t stop there.
Waylands Volvo Oxford also secured Ultra – Retailer of the Year, earning recognition for maintaining exceptionally high standards across the business and demonstrating outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
