Hundreds of iconic vehicles, live entertainment and a family day out await as the UK’s premier classic American car show returns to one of Oxfordshire’s most historic estates.
The sound of roaring engines and the shine of polished chrome will return to Stonor Park this summer as the Rally of The Giants celebrates its 60th anniversary.
Taking place on Sunday 02 August 2026, the annual gathering organised by the All American Auto Club will bring together hundreds of classic American vehicles for a spectacular display across the lawns in front of Stonor House.
Recognised as one of the UK’s leading celebrations of American motoring heritage, the event will showcase vehicles spanning more than a century of automotive design, from early 1900s classics through to modern American icons.
Visitors can expect a wide-ranging display of cars, with more than 30 awards presented across different classes of classic American vehicles.
More than just a car show
While the cars are the centrepiece, organisers say the Rally of The Giants offers a full day of entertainment for visitors of all ages.
Alongside the vehicle displays, the event will feature live music, street food and auto-themed shopping, creating a festival atmosphere within the grounds of Stonor Park.
Louisa Fifield, general manager at Stonor Park, said the event offers something beyond traditional motoring enthusiasts.
“The Rally of the Giants has an energetic festival vibe and a fantastic atmosphere, with live music, delicious street food vendors and auto-themed retail completing the line-up.”
She added that visitors do not need to be car experts to enjoy the spectacle, with the colours, designs and history of the vehicles providing plenty to discover.
A day out at Stonor Park
The event also provides an opportunity to explore one of the region’s most historic estates.
An all-inclusive ticket gives visitors access to the rally alongside Stonor Park’s gardens, woodland adventure playground Tumblestone Hollow, and afternoon entry to Stonor House — one of the oldest family homes still occupied today.
Set within 250 acres of parkland, the estate offers a mix of history, nature and family attractions, making the event suitable for multi-generational days out.
Families can explore woodland trails, gardens and play areas, while visitors can also discover the historic house and collections.
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome on leads, meaning the whole family can enjoy the day together.
