The evening promises open conversation, laughter, and a refreshingly honest look at life with ADHD. It’s perfect for those with ADHD, whether diagnosed or not, supportive friends and family, or those who want to learn more about ADHD brains.
This unique, interactive event is a refreshing and engaging opportunity to take a closer look at ADHD. You’ll have the chance to ask questions (anonymously if you prefer) and hear inspiring stories and experiences in this dopamine-filled evening.

About The Mill Arts Centre
The Mill Arts Centre is the cultural hub for Banbury and the surrounding area.
As the only dedicated arts provision in the area, it aims to inspire creativity and enrich the lives of the communities by providing a high-quality, varied artistic, educational and participatory programme.
