Get ready to swim, cycle and run at Britain’s greatest palace. The Blenheim Palace Triathlon returns in 2026 for an exhilarating weekend of sport set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Palace, Great Lake and surrounding Estate.
One of Europe’s most spectacular triathlons – and the only one in the world staged at a UNESCO World Heritage Site – it welcomes both competitors and spectators for an unforgettable experience.
Whether you’re an experienced triathlete or taking on your first race, the event offers a wide range of challenges suited to all abilities. From beginner-friendly distances to more advanced options, the triathlon creates an atmosphere of excitement, achievement and community.
Families, supporters and spectators can enjoy the action from prime viewing points across the Estate.

Competition tickets:
Competitors must sign up in advance via the Triathlon website.
Spectator tickets:
Entrance is free for spectators with a valid Pass or day ticket.

Times:
First wave begins at 8.30am, final wave at 2.00pm

Changing facilities:
There will be limited changing facilities in the marquee in the East Courtyard. There are no shower facilities on site. Competitors should not change inside the palace toilets.
Good to know:
Dogs are allowed, but not in the Palace or Formal Gardens.
