There’s plenty of opportunity to make some special memories at Cogges Manor Farm this Christmas. 

Meet Santa 

Children and their families will love visiting Santa in his workshop in the Manor House at Cogges Farm this December. Take a peek into Santa’s world before meeting the man himself and receiving a gift. 

Afterwards, there will be refreshments and festive cheer in the cosy Manor House kitchen.

Separate Meet Santa tickets need to be purchased for children alongside normal admission to Cogges Manor Farm. Season Ticket Holders only need to purchase a Meet Santa Ticket.

‘Meet Santa’ will be available every weekend in December from 10.00am to 5.00pm plus Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December. There is limited availability, so please don’t delay in booking your slot.

The Party & Craft Barn

Kids will be able to burn off energy and boogie away to festive tunes at our Christmas Disco and take part in a whole host of exciting Christmas Craft Activities in our Party and Craft Barn.  

The Christmas Disco in the Party and Craft Barn is being offered as part of the normal admission price. A small additional charge may apply for some craft activities. There is no need to pre book.

 The Party & Craft Barn will be open every weekend in December from 10.00am to 5.00pm plus Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December.

A Victorian Christmas

If you don’t want to meet Santa, there is still Christmas fun to be enjoyed. Upstairs in the house you will be able to step into the Victorian era and see first-hand how the families who lived here experienced Christmas.  

Santa goers can add this section of the house onto their visit – either before or after seeing Santa.

The Victorian Christmas experience is being offered as part of the normal admission price.  There is no need to pre book.

A Victorian Christmas will be open at the same time as Meet Santa as well as every Wednesday and Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm.

Good to know:

Please note, tickets to meet Santa are limited so if you are interested, don’t delay in booking your slot. There is no refunds.  

Dogs are welcome on the site, but sorry, not in the house.  Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.
