Enjoy Christmas 2022 at Waddesdon Manor!
Christmas at Waddesdon is back with magical lights, the gardens aglow and dazzling displays inside the house creating a Waddesdon-inspired wonderland for the first time since 2019.
Follow a new route through the East Wing with festive displays, sparkling trees and sumptuous decorations inspired by the Manor’s many treasures, from famous portraits to exquisite porcelain. Light installations will add a touch of Winter Light magic.
Open from 12 November to 02 January (excluding 24 to 26 December). Some rooms are decorated while the rest of the house is ‘put to bed’ for conservation and cleaning. Advance booking of timed tickets is essential for all visitors, including NT members.
Soak up the sights, smells and sounds of Christmas with hand-selected stalls all housed in charming wooden chalets, surrounded by twinkling trees.

As twilight falls see the gardens sparkle brightly with spectacular light displays bringing our extraordinary landscape to life, in partnership with Luminism.
Winter Light will continue on Fridays to Sundays from 06 to 22 January 2023.
Walk through the Coach House at the Stables and experience a new interactive exhibition featuring multiple light installations to captivate and delight the senses.
From dusk, enjoy dramatic colour and playful installations as you stroll beneath magically illuminated tree canopies. Look out for interactives at Tay Bridge, Daffodil Valley transformed with 5,000 orbs creating a glittering blanket and walk through a tunnel of twinkling stars.
New for 2022, head to the Food Village to pick up delicious festive food and drink to takeaway and enjoy while exploring the grounds.
Book a delicious, seasonal afternoon tea in the Manor Restaurant. Lovingly created by our talented chefs and packed with festive treats.
