About Edinburgh Preview: Joe Kent-Walters & Tom Rosenthal

Two stellar comedians preview their stand-up shows before heading to the world-renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe!

Joe Kent-Walters

He’s back. Frankie’s had a taste of glory, and he wants more; he wants a full pint. Dust off your Clarks shoes and get ready for Frankie’s biggest show yet, Frankie Monroe in Progress.

Tom Rosenthal:

The Arctic Monkeys’ debut album, ‘Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not’, was released on January 23, 2006.

The record became the fastest-selling debut album in UK history at the time, moving over 360,000 copies in its first week. Tracks like ‘I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor’ and ‘When the Sun Goes Down’ became anthems, showcasing frontman Alex Turner’s sharp lyrics and observational storytelling.

Tom Rosenthal’s fourth stand-up show, ‘Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I Am’, gets a preview in Angel on 6th January.

The one-hour set from the Friday night Dinner and Plebs star is on sale now and could easily fail to sell out. Jokes like ‘Small Talk’ and ‘Daniel Radcliffe’ have been described as ‘not quite there yet’, showcasing Tom Rosenthal’s sharp nose and observational squawking.
