About Axis J9 Bicester
Axis J9 Bicester is a substantial scheme with prominent industrial and warehousing units providing 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) of new commercial buildings set within a prime business park environment in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Phase 1 comprises five high specification buildings ranging from 23,446 – 64,737 sq ft designed for distribution and production uses. Each building has dedicated car parking, large service yards and excellent loading facilities.
Phase 2 of Axis J9 comprises seven high quality industrial and warehouse units under construction. The units are of the highest quality and will provide flexible accommodation for light industrial, technology, production and warehouse operations of between 3,380 and 6,082 sqft.
The units could be combined to provide up to 18,250 sq ft in one building. Each unit has a dedicated yard, car parking and loading facilities. The units are designed for the installation of ground or first-floor offices by the occupier.
Phase 3 of Axis J9 comprise two individual buildings from 90,000 sq ft to 160,000 sq ft. The high specification distribution buildings are being built speculatively to satisfy the demands of logistic operators. Earlier phases of Axis J9 totalling over 230,000 sq ft are now complete.

It is prominently located on Bicester perimeter road just to the west of the town and only 3 miles from Junction 9 M40 via Vendee Drive and the A41 dual carriageway. Bicester Village is approximately 1 mile to the east. In addition to the M40, the location provides fast and easy access to the A41, A43 and A34.
