High quality and fast service
In our eateries, we provide bar and table service. Both small and large groups are welcome. Our kitchens are designed to deliver top quality food in the shortest time possible. We work from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Take-away and home delivery services are also available.
Traceability of ingredients
BBuona employs Italian products only. Flour and olive oil, and pizza and pasta bases: all the ingredients are made naturally in Italy. A unique reality immersed in the Sabina countryside, a stone’s throw from Rome.
Pizza breakfast
Looking for an original way to start your day that includes amazing pizza? BBuona prepared for you a selection of mini-pizza with special flavours such as salmon, avocado, chicken, eggs… together with a variety of savoury and sweet specialities at the bar. All served with the option of fresh orange juice or your favourite Italian coffee.
Aperitivo Italiano
Something to drink, some finger food, and the joy of being together. The worldwide-known Italian tradition of “Aperitivo” arrives at Buongiorno e Buonasera in its authentic Roman form. A drink – be it a beer, a spritz, a cocktail or a soft drink – and a tagliere composed of a selection of Italian deli (vegan option available). There’s nothing better after a long day at work! And it’s also a great warm-up to dinner.
Gelato too
When the weather heats up, come enjoy some good Gelato at BBuona. Be careful! Don’t call it “ice cream” – we’re talking of true handmade Italian Gelato here. It tastes good, it’s natural, it’s healthy. No milk powder, much less air pumped in: our Gelato is visibly denser and you’ll definitely taste some truly intense flavours! Chocolate, Bronte Pistachios, Vanilla, Strawberries, Mangoes… creams and fruits, all served from an old-fashioned Italian Gelato wagon inside the eatery (or outside, if the weather is sunny).

Parties, conventions, events. From a small home party to a work meeting or a wedding banquet, BBuona offers a unique catering service that will truly impress your guests. Just contact us well in advance to design, together, all the details according to your needs. We cater at your home, your office, and all kind of locations. The minimum number of guests is 6 and the maximum is hundreds!
