About Eden Café, Witney

Eden Café is an antipodean style café in the market town of Witney serving all vegan and mostly gluten-free food and beverages.

Becs Hinds, owner and baker at Eden Café, moved from New Zealand to the UK with her English husband and 3 cats in 2007, and after a few weeks without decent coffee, she was motivated to start her own café.

Eden Cafe, Witney - Interior

Starting out in a mobile trailer back in 2013, attending a few local events, and then having a regular spot in the Witney Market. They have built up a loyal customer base and, by 2019, fine-tuned their product offering due to demand to be 100% vegan and mostly gluten-free.

Expect savoury breakfast and lunch options like BAMT Bagel – vegan ‘bacon’, avocado, mayo and tomato, perfectly posh toasties or nachos – with vegan chilli. And seasonal treats like Thai red curry spiced sweet potato soup or sweet treats like homemade granola or apple cake with maple drizzle.
