Phil is an ex-dancer offering a wide range of knowledge and techniques to help you get the most out of your training.
As a teenager and young adult, Phil trained extensively in Ballet and the performing arts. Although he didn’t pursue a career as a performer, this training exposed him to a huge range of different training techniques, all about getting the most out of his body and voice.
His work as a Personal Trainer has evolved from this background, mixing modern training techniques and equipment with an understanding of movement and posture.
Sessions with Phil comprise of a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning work, core strength and flexibility. He has found this approach to be suitable for anyone at any level of fitness from beginner’s through to seasoned athletes. He puts a lot of work into making sure you get the right balance of challenge and intensity into a session for good results at a consistent pace.
Phil offers a free consultation which is a chance to meet up (at home or in a public place) and discuss what you are looking to get out of your training and whether he’s the right trainer for you.
