Wykham Park Farm is a traditional, mixed family farm with Aberdeen Angus & Longhorn beef cattle and sheep as well as cereals, asparagus and a wide range of vegetable crops.
Wykham Park Farm Shop, located near Banbury, sells the highest quality British produce, including its own Asparagus, Longhorn Beef, Lamb and local Gloucester Old Spot pork.
An onsite team of butchers, with a wealth of experience, take pride in using traditional butchery methods whilst offering complete traceability on all the meat.
They grow a selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables, free from the use of pesticides, for sale in the farm shop. Anything they don’t grow, they source directly from local farmers or the Vale of Evesham. Apart from the staples they also like to stock some more unusual fruit and vegetables such as quinces, damsons, cob nuts, Padron peppers and gourds.
They source and stock over 80 different artisan and farmhouse cheeses, with a particular focus on quality British producers and high end Continental cheeses including Montgomery Cheddar, Stitchleton, Rollright, Sharpham, Stinking Bishop & Vacherin Mont d’or to name but a few.
he Larder offers all sorts of tempting farm produce with lots of artisanal foods from small producers, many of them based relatively close-by. Local bakers deliver a selection of their sourdoughs and pastries, and they stock locally brewed craft Ales and Cider from Hook Norton Ales, Chadlington Brewery, North Cotswold Brewery and Pearson’s Ciders.
Built in 2012, an onsite kitchen uses all of the home grown meat, fruit and vegetables to produce a selection of pies, ready meals, soups, sausage rolls and puddings to name but a few. Especially popular are the Longhorn Steak and Kidneys pies, Chicken and Leek Pies, Longhorn Cottage Pies and Longhorn Beef lasagne.
