A leading West Oxfordshire estate agent is celebrating a successful year of fundraising and community support, having raised thousands of pounds for charities and local causes throughout 2025.
The 15-strong team at Parkers Properties, which operates branches in Witney and Eynsham, committed at the start of the year to making a positive difference across the communities it serves.
The initiative focused on supporting a broad range of causes, including those recommended directly by clients.
Among the highlights of the year was Parkers’ role as lead sponsor of the popular Finstock Ale Festival, as well as its support as a gold sponsor of the Eynsham Carnival.

The company also sponsored kits for grassroots sport, including the Eynsham U10 Whites and Tower Hill U13 junior football teams, helping young players take part in organised sport.
Community events featured strongly in the firm’s fundraising calendar. The Parkers team sponsored the Hailey Village Fete, the Eynsham 10km run and the Alvescot Dog Show, while also purchasing the sign for a new community café in North Leigh.
The company continued its support of Witney Round Table’s Santa Sleigh for a second year, helping to collect vital funds for local children’s groups, including cubs and a number of school PTAs.
One of the most significant fundraising achievements of the year was a £2,400 donation to Promise Dreams, a charity that helps make dreams come true for children living with serious, life-limiting or terminal conditions or illnesses.

Brendan Kay, Managing Director of Parkers Properties, said:
“We are passionate about rolling our sleeves up and making a difference in our communities and to other causes and charities, often brought to our attention by our clients and industry partners.
“We were introduced to the Promise Dreams charity by Agent Rainmaker, the leading training provider for estate and lettings agents, and when we heard about the impact they have on children’s lives who knew we had to get involved.
“It doesn’t matter how small or large the request, if we feel it is a good fit with our values and ethos then we will consider getting involved. It’s a real team effort with all the Parkers team, our families and friends doing their bit during the year.”
Additional activities in 2025 included taking part in the Blenheim Palace 7km Fun Run, hosting bake sales in support of the Guideposts Trust and raising funds towards a school in Tanzania.
