Taylor Wimpey is opening the doors to several of its new housing developments this weekend, inviting potential homebuyers to a series of exclusive ‘Dusty Shoe’ events across the Southern Counties region.
Taking place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October, the events offer visitors the unique opportunity to step inside homes that are still under construction — giving them a real sense of space, layout, and design before the properties are finished.
Taylor Wimpey’s friendly and knowledgeable sales team will be on hand throughout the weekend to provide expert advice and discuss a range of tailored offers and incentives, available to suit everyone from first-time buyers to those looking to move up the property ladder.

Visitors can attend one of three developments hosting the events from 10.00am to 5.00pm each day:

Attendees who reserve on the day will receive a technology pack upon completion, including treats such as a Dyson Airwrap and Apple MacBook Air. - Canford Vale, Knighton Lane, Canford Magna, Dorset, BH11 9NB
Tour the three-bedroom Brambleford and Harrton house types. Buyers who reserve at the event can receive up to £5,000 on selected plots. Homes range from £243,000, including two-bedroom apartments and two- to four-bedroom houses. - Valley Park, Eskdale Drive, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 6LB
View the Eynsford, Owlton, and Ayleford show homes, plus the final apartment available for a 2025 move. Those who reserve during the event will also receive a technology package upon completion. Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme is available on selected properties. Prices start from £209,995.
