Milton Hill House, part of The Venues Collection, has unveiled newly refurbished ground-floor interiors following a summer transformation that blends modern comfort with the venue’s historic charm.
The project includes a revitalised arrival and reception area designed to streamline guest flow, along with upgrades to the main Restaurant and adjoining self-service buffet room.

These improvements create a more elegant and comfortable dining experience for guests and delegates alike. The Bar, Lounge and Library have also been refurbished into inviting social spaces, ideal for informal meetings and relaxation.
Joanne Barratt, Managing Director of The Venues Collection, said: “This project was about elevating the everyday delegate and guest experience while staying true to Milton Hill House’s heritage. From the moment you arrive to the time you sit down to eat or meet with colleagues, the spaces now feel warmer, richer and more welcoming. We’re proud of the result and excited for guests and delegates to enjoy it.”

Milton Hill House is now welcoming bookings for Christmas events, with newly introduced Low & No alcohol packages. The venue can cater for a wide range of dietary needs and accessibility requirements, offering options from classic party nights to private festive lunches and exclusive dinners.
Adding to its growing reputation, Milton Hill House was recently recognised with the “Excellence in Sustainability” award at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Awards.
The Venues Collection is a group of UK event and hotel venues offering flexible spaces, warm hospitality and sustainable meetings, events and leisure stays.
