The countdown is officially underway, with just 99 days until Supertri Blenheim Palace returns to Oxfordshire on 06 to 07 June 2026.

Formerly Blenheim Palace Triathlon and recognised as the UK’s largest triathlon for more than two decades, the swim-bike-run festival remains the world’s only triathlon staged at a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Now under the ownership of global short-course triathlon leader Supertri, the event will once again take place against the spectacular backdrop of Blenheim Palace, its Great Lake and surrounding estate in Woodstock.

A total of 7,000 amateur triathletes are expected to compete across the weekend, whether taking on their first race or chasing a personal best at one of Britain’s most iconic sporting venues – the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill.

For 2026, the event will also host elite competition as part of the Supertri Pro Series. British stars and world-class athletes will compete for qualification to the Pro Series Final and a share of the $800,000 prize pool, racing alongside mass participation entrants in a festival-style format.

Participants will swim in the sheltered Palace lake, cycle on fully closed roads through the estate and run past the Palace and across its historic parkland. Competitors can choose from multiple distances and relay options across the two days.

“We are proud to add the iconic Blenheim Palace to Supertri’s line up of mass participation events. The integration of elite racing alongside mass participation reflects our ambition to connect the very best in the sport with grassroots, creating a unique festival of triathlon in the heart of Oxfordshire. At Supertri, every finish line matters and we hope to inspire the competitor in everyone this summer.”

For newcomers, the Supertri First Timer Programme offers structured support, including a free 12-week personalised training plan from TriDot, live online sessions and a dedicated community group. On race day, first-time athletes benefit from a dedicated start wave, shared transition racking, announcer shout-outs and even the chance to ring a first timer bell on course.

All participants receive complimentary bag drop, app tracking, a branded swim hat, finisher’s medal, t-shirt, chip-timed results and post-race hydration.

Spectators can take advantage of an early bird offer with 20 per cent off Park & Gardens tickets until 31 March 2026 using code TRI2026. Alongside the racing, visitors can enjoy live music, food and drink throughout the weekend.
