About Oxford Pride Day 2026

Oxford Pride is an important event celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and bringing people together for an annual parade through the city centre on Pride Day.

Oxford Pride attracts thousands of people throughout the day. In addition to the parade, there will be Pride Day events featuring a variety of live entertainment, community and commercial market stalls, plus food traders, followed by more dancing in the streets as the party continues into the evening.

Local organisations, companies, trade unions and many more are welcome to join the parade. Organisations are invited to show their support and get their brand in front of the parade audience.

The route winds through the heart of the city, starting at Paradise Street, moving through Castle Street, Queen Street, Cornmarket Street, Broad Street, and Catte Street, before finishing at the iconic Radcliffe Square.

Main Stage at Leiden Square

Leiden Square will be the beating heart of Oxford Pride 2026, hosting a vibrant all-day programme of music, performance, comedy, and powerful queer voices. From improvised comedy and community choirs to drag, theatre, and headline vocal talent, the Main Stage promises a full celebration of Oxford’s LGBTQ+ creativity and culture.

Expect an afternoon of performances from Oxford Imps bringing fast-paced, on-the-spot comedy, followed by the uplifting harmonies of Oxford Proud Voices. Hear from LGBTQ+ rights campaigner Peter Tatchell, before Rough Edge Brass Band raise the energy with their explosive New Orleans–style sound.

Enjoy the bold storytelling of Pearl Does Country, the show-stopping talent of Musical Youth Company Oxford, and the glamour and attitude of Oxfordshire Drag Collective. Later, cabaret performer Charlie Harper shares music and comedy drawn from her personal journey, before the day builds to a powerful finale with hometown vocal powerhouse ACE closing the Main Stage in spectacular style.

Cabaret stage on Paradise Street

Paradise Street plays host to Oxford Pride’s Cabaret Stage, delivering an evening of bold drag, sharp comedy, and high-energy performance as the atmosphere builds into the night.

Expect a sparkling mix of glamour, chaos, and standout artistry from Scarlett Von Kok hosting with cheeky cabaret charm, Yshee Black bringing big laughs and high-energy lip-syncs, and headline act Blu Hydrangea closing the stage with a surreal, high-concept drag spectacle full of humour, style, and visual flair.

After Party

Head to Plush Oxford for The Official Plush Oxford Pride Afterparty 2026 — the biggest and most iconic way to round off Oxford Pride.

If you’re looking for the next stop after the main Pride celebrations, this is where the crowd heads. The atmosphere moves seamlessly from the streets of Oxford Pride into Plush, where the venue becomes a late-night, high-energy celebration.

Hosting the night is resident queen Sera Tonin, serving looks, attitude and high-energy chaos throughout the evening. Expect bold moments, big personality, and a crowd that keeps the celebration going long after the daytime festivities end.

Advance tickets are strongly recommended — this is one Pride afterparty you won’t want to miss.
