Park Fair at Great Tew Estate aims to be an environmentally conscious event, so e-tickets are their preference. Please ensure you have a mobile version ready for scanning at the entrance. To ensure easy scanning, please turn your phone brightness up. If you prefer to bring a printed copy, these will also be accepted.
What to bring
Park Fair is a country event located within the parkland of an estate. Whilst the hope is for a beautiful English summer, be prepared for all eventualities, with sensible footwear and clothing and umbrellas too – just in case. Do also bring blankets and chairs as you wish for outside lounging.
Dogs
Park Fair is a family-friendly event, and the organisers understand dogs are part of the family. So, well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on leads at all times. And please ensure you clear up after them. Regrettably, dogs are not allowed within the VIP area.
Food & Drink
All the food on site will be provided by Quince & Clover, and you are kindly asked not to bring your own food & drink into the fair, except for snacks for children, if you are coming with children. There will be several bar options serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Drinking water
There will be a supply of drinking water available. Bring your own bottles for refilling.
Card machines
You’ll be able to pay for purchases at the fair by card.
