Following the success of the 2020 COVID-secure event, this drive-in only event is back by popular demand for an event bigger and better event. Abingdon Family Spooktacular promises an enormous fairground, hot food and drinks, flame and fireball display, light show, and a jaw-dropping quarter-mile wide ‘low noise’ fireworks display.
Fireworks do not have to shake the earth - in fact, what they take away by reducing noise levels is significantly made up for in visual impression! ‘Low noise’ does not mean ‘no noise’ however. Without the huge explosions, many more families are able to enjoy a breathtaking and enormous fireworks display without upsetting children or causing disruption to the local community.
Kidlington Fireworks 2021 is at Stratfield Brake Sports Ground on 05 November. Gates open at 6.00pm. Fireworks display at 7.00pm prompt. Great food and refreshments will be available by Gosford All Blacks – before and after the fireworks display. A bar will be open, and there will be some small funfair rides too.
The much-loved firework night hosted by The Plough in Wolvercote is back for 2021 on the very traditional 05 November. And they’re looking forward to being able to host a proper event again. BBQ will start at 5.00pm, fireworks display at 7.00pm.
Oxford Round Table Charity Bonfire and Fireworks Display returns to Oxford’s South Park on Saturday 05 November 2022. This household event with traditional fireworks display, enormous bonfire, Hebborn’s Funfair and fully licenced bar and is widely considered to be Oxfordshire’s largest firework display for charity.
The Bicester Round Table Charity Firework Spectacular (also known locally as the Pingle Field Fireworks) takes place on 06 November at Pingle Field in Bicester. Bicester Round Table and Bicester Ladies Circle are delighted to be able to bring the event back for 2021 and look forward to seeing you all there.
The Thame Fireworks Display is an annual fundraising event organised by volunteers from the 3 primary schools in Thame, Oxfordshire - Barley Hill, John Hampden and St Joseph’s. The money raised is shared equally between the PTFA’s of each school. Gates open at 5.00pm, and there will be a variety of food vendors and bar facilities available.
The Wallingford Bonfire and Fireworks will be going ahead this year, and like previous years, all of the money raised at the fireworks is given back to the community. The organisers want to make this year a special year - to raise more money than ever, and they need your generous help to do this. It is FREE to attend, but please consider donating generously.
Join Didcot Community Fireworks on 08 November for fun at the fairground and an enormous fireworks display by local award-winning fireworks display company Illusion Fireworks. The Funfair & Fireworks takes place at Didcot Town Football Club. Tickets: £5.00 on the gate.

Billed as Oxfordshire’s largest fireworks display and back for its biggest event yet, Abingdon Bonfire & Fireworks promises an enormous bonfire and breathtaking quarter-mile-wide fireworks display choreographed to music by double British Firework Champions - Illusion Fireworks.

North Leigh Football Club's annual fireworks on 05 November at North Leigh Football Club. Gates open at 6:30pm, with the fireworks display at 7:30pm. Expect some music, a fully stocked bar, and plenty of food to get stuck into.
Witney Lakes Fireworks Night on 05 November. Fireworks take place by the lakeside terrace, and the reflection in the lake is spectacular. Arrival from 6.00pm for food and drinks. Fireworks to begin around 8.00pm.
Cholsey Bonfire Night on 05 November at the cricket pitch on Cholsey Meadows. Free entry to this popular community event, but please give generously to secure the future of this event.
Hanborough Musical Fireworks 2021 on 05 November. Gates open at 6pm, display starts at 7.15pm. The event will include a fairground, BBQ, jacket potatoes, hot and cold drinks and a lot more. A great night and all proceeds go towards village charities. Adult £tickets £4.00 and child tickets £2.00 available on the gate.
Beckley Bonfire and Fireworks Night on 06 November at Beckley Village Hall and Playing Field. 6.00pm. Fireworks at 6.30pm. Burger and Hot Dog Van. Hot and cold drinks in the village hall. Entry £5.00 for adults and children over four years.
Yarnton Fireworks at 7.00pm on 13 November. Littlemarsh Pavilion, Yarnton Lane in Yarnton near Kidlington. Gates open at 6.00pm. Expect Hot Dogs, Doughnuts, Hot Drinks and more - great for an evening out with friends and family. £3.00 per ticket online (£4.00 on the gate).
Bloxham C of E Primary School fireworks fundraiser (Bloxham, near Banbury). Due to unforeseen circumstances, the date has been changed to Friday 19 November. Tickets are available every morning and afternoon in the playground. £4.00 for adults, £3.00 for children. Under 3s are free.
