About Natasha’s Counselling Room

Natasha’s counselling room specialises in counselling for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, bereavement, living with cancer and other challenging situations in life.

It is run by Natasha Lobsnovs, a qualified counsellor who can offer you a safe and confidential space and her full attention and support to explore your feelings and emotions.

She believes that trusting and honest relationships between the counsellor and the client are critical components of a successful therapeutic process, so if you choose her as your counsellor, she’ll work with you to develop this trust.

Natasha is passionate about mental health and has experience working in mental health hospitals in Oxford. She also volunteers as a counsellor at Cruse bereavement care, a crucial and rewarding role for her.

She feels privileged and humbled by being able to support her clients in their journey through their grief. For 5 years, she has volunteered in different roles at Sobell house hospice (Oxford) and had some training in palliative care support.

She believes that challenges in life can lead to personal growth. In her practice, she uses the elements of “logotherapy”, developed by Viktor Frankl, the author of the book “Man’s search for meaning”. This focuses on love, hope, responsibility and inner freedom to choose your response in life’s situations.

Natasha offers all new clients a free initial consultation.
