The Pizza Boys Bicester started like all of our good ideas do, In Simon’s garden with a Rum & Coke, a belting mix of Stereophonics, Bon Jovi & Gary Clarke Jr sounding out from the speakers, as we played around with his newly built wood fire pizza oven.
‘Wouldn’t it be great to do this for a living?’ maybe a throwaway remark at the time, but it planted a seed that has grown into ‘The Pizza Boys Bicester’.
Two close friends and fellow chefs for 15 plus years, they painstakingly played around with dough recipes and their signature base sauce until they found their perfect combination.
After much comparison with what was on offer locally, and gaining much positive feedback from friends and family, they knew it was time to take their passion to the next level and start their own business.
Using only the finest Italian ingredients complimented with quality locally sourced produce, they create Neapolitan style pizzas for all manner of events, from Birthdays to Weddings and parties to farmers markets.
They are proud of their Pizza and look forward to a foodie adventure in their own custom-built trailer at an event near you.
