About The Sky Wave Distilling Company
With a light, fresh aroma, citrus burst to start, and a delicately spicy finish, Sky Wave Gin is made by passionate gin drinkers for passionate gin drinkers. It is a quite outstanding, micro-batch, hand-crafted gin, made by real people – Rachel and Andy – owners of the Sky Wave Distilling Company in Bucknell, Oxfordshire.
For their signature gin, they adhere to the London Dry style; absolutely nothing is added after distillation other than the finest Oxfordshire spring water. They distil, fill and label every single bottle by hand – and they personally write the distiller’s name and the flavour character on each one.
The Gin
The gin combines 13 botanicals including, of course, juniper and coriander seeds, together with a few unusual ones, to create a wonderfully smooth gin. Many people who have tasted it have declared it their new favourite.
Why the name?
The name is a blend of the big skies and big seas that have characterised Rachel and Andy’s adventures over the years – a passion for adventure that inspired us as we created our fabulously smooth spirit.
