High-performance aerodynamics specialist Sabe has relocated its headquarters to Bicester Motion, marking a significant step in the company’s growth.

The firm has taken space within Building 92, known as The Parachute Store, a distinctive heritage building at the centre of the 444-acre future mobility estate. The new headquarters provides 968 sq ft of workspace, combining historic character with modern functionality.

Founded in 2019, Sabe delivers specialist aerodynamics consultancy services across simulation, design, testing and performance analysis.

With strong links to Formula 1 and motorsport, the company works across a range of high-performance sectors, including hypercars, supercars and elite sailing programmes such as the America’s Cup.

Sabe has also played a key role in supporting the development of the Cadillac Formula 1 Team, contributing to computational fluid dynamics processes, data infrastructure and aerodynamic performance work.

Its services span the full lifecycle of aerodynamic development, from concept design and simulation through to wind tunnel testing and bespoke software solutions.

The move from Silverstone Park’s innovation centre to Bicester Motion signals a new phase for the business, with plans to expand its UK team to 11 by September 2026 and to grow internationally.

Building 92 itself has a rich history, dating back to 1926 when it was originally used to hang, dry and inspect parachutes. Many of its original architectural features remain, including design elements that controlled ventilation and temperature, now repurposed to create a unique working environment.

The relocation also marks a return to Bicester Motion for founder Gerson Garsed-Brand, who previously collaborated on-site during a project with PhysicsX. He said:

“Bicester Motion felt like the obvious choice as we enter this next phase of growth supporting our client-base. The location, culture and energy of the place are genuinely unique, and closely aligned with what we do.

“Being part of a community that lives and breathes automotive and engineering innovation is hugely important for us. The Parachute Store gives us a distinctive base, and we’re looking forward to embedding ourselves within the wider ecosystem here.”

Daniel Geoghegan, chief executive of Bicester Motion, added:

“Sabe is a fantastic addition to Bicester Motion and a strong reflection of the calibre of businesses choosing to locate here.”
