Bicester Motion has appointed two senior team members as the 444-acre future mobility estate continues to expand.
Emily Crossley joins as HR manager, bringing 15 years of experience in human resources, recruitment and compliance.
She most recently worked at Dean Close Kingham Hill School and previously with Active Education Group, where she oversaw the safe recruitment, selection and induction of hundreds of staff annually.
At Bicester Motion, she will lead HR and recruitment practices across the estate, ensuring compliance, best practice and the continuation of a strong people-focused culture.
Joining alongside her is Danny Curtis, who takes up the role of estate manager. He brings more than a decade of experience in estate, facilities and building management across major commercial portfolios.

His previous roles include senior positions at Lambert Smith Hampton, Cushman & Wakefield, MJ Mapp and Amey.
In his new role, Danny will oversee the operational management of the estate, maintaining high standards, strong stakeholder relationships and supporting sustainable development across the site.
