Frilford Heath Golf Club, Oxford’s renowned three-course Championship Golf Estate, has strengthened its hospitality and member services team with several key appointments – including the former Assistant Restaurant Manager from Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
Lottie Bailey, 26, has joined the club as Clubhouse Manager after nearly seven years at the celebrated restaurant. She will oversee the clubhouse’s restaurant and bar operations, as well as work closely with the events team on conferences and celebrations.
Lottie is part of a talented group of new recruits following the club’s £1.5 million investment into its courses and refurbished clubhouse. The new hires include:
- Antonia Moldovan, Assistant Clubhouse Manager, an experienced restaurant and bars professional with a background in Oxfordshire’s leading resorts and clubs.
- Cloe McAlpine, Events Executive, who will coordinate the venue’s busy calendar of meetings, conferences and private celebrations.
- Toby Ellis, Membership Assistant, responsible for enhancing member services and supporting new memberships.
Russell Stebbings, Managing Director, said:
“Frilford Heath is a contemporary club for friends and family at the heart of our community – and an important local employer. The welcome and service we offer our members and guests is paramount, and we are delighted these talented individuals are joining our team to further enhance hospitality experiences and customer service.”

Frilford Heath recently earned Eminent Collection status from global customer service experts 59club, placing it alongside prestigious destinations such as Gleneagles, The Grove, Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and Yas Links Abu Dhabi.
Frilford Heath Golf Club recognised among world leaders in customer service
Widely regarded as one of England’s finest golf destinations, Frilford Heath is among the few UK venues offering three 18-hole courses plus a six-hole short course for beginners and juniors. Its Red and Blue Courses are both ranked among the Top 200 Courses in England by Golf World magazine, with the Red Course set to host Open Qualifying in 2025.
Lottie, who holds a first-class degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, said:
“Frilford Heath’s reputation speaks for itself and it has been a great pleasure to join such a friendly and forward-looking golf club. Along with my colleagues, we look forward to developing hospitality experiences for members and the many non-golfing guests we welcome for events and celebrations.”
