Hillier Garden Centres has unveiled an exclusive new poinsettia variety for Christmas 2025, the elegant pink ‘Crown of Christmas’, available only in limited numbers across its centres next year.

The launch also carries a charitable purpose, with £2 from every sale donated to The King’s Foundation, supporting its mission to create thriving, sustainable communities across the UK.

Founded by His Majesty King Charles III in 1990, The King’s Foundation delivers education, placemaking and community programmes inspired by the King’s long-standing commitment to harmony between people, places and the planet.

Emma Fell, Head of Horticulture at Hillier, said the team is thrilled to debut this unique festive variety. “The Crown of Christmas is not only a beautiful new addition for the season, but also an opportunity to support the inspiring work of The King’s Foundation,” she said.

Hillier, one of the UK’s most established horticultural brands with more than 160 years of expertise, will offer the Crown of Christmas poinsettia exclusively from November 2025, while stocks last.

Founded in 1864 and still family-run, Hillier is one of Europe’s leading growers of semi-mature trees and produces over one million plants annually. The company is a pioneer in peat-free cultivation and holds the world record for consecutive RHS Chelsea Flower Show gold medals, with 74 wins to date.
