Susan Floyd joins RWK Goodman as a Consultant in the Private Client team based in the company’s office in Oxford.

Susan has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of private client work, including providing complex capital tax planning advice to high net-worth clients, non-domiciled clients and those with multi-jurisdictional assets.

She has spent much of her career in London, including a stint as a Partner in a Lincoln’s Inn practice, before moving to Oxford and subsequently the West Midlands. She joins RWK Goodman from Wright Hassall LLP in Leamington Spa.

Susan’s specialises in creating trusts and advising on existing trusts. She has long-term experience working with high-net-worth individuals but works with all types of clients on estate planning advice.

Susan commented: “Private client work is a real mixture of people (the client and their family) and wide technical legal and personal capital taxes knowledge.

“Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to be the trusted adviser to many families, particularly those owning private companies and in farming. Finding the solution that fits the client is very satisfying.

“I am really looking forward to being part of the RWK Goodman Private Client team, working in Oxford with some people I have worked with before. The team has a great reputation.”
