RWK Goodman has strengthened its residential property team with the appointment of Claire Rose. She joins RWK Goodman as a Partner in the Residential Property team based in its office in Oxford.

Claire has worked in the legal industry since she was 17 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2005.

In recent years, she has developed a particular specialism in self-build and shared ownership purchases – as well as supporting clients in a range of other residential property transition types, including staircasing, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, unregistered properties, freehold and leasehold sales, and purchases.

She joins RWK Goodman from SE-Solicitors in Bicester.

Claire commented: “I’m very excited to be joining a larger firm, and I am looking forward to the opportunities ahead.

“With Property transactions, every day is different and each matter has its own problems to solve; whether it’s with the property, mortgage lender requirements or clients’ specific needs.

“For me, the greatest satisfaction is bringing the transaction to its conclusion and giving the client the good news that completion has taken place.”

Jo Kent, Partner and Co-Head of RWK Goodman’s Oxford Residential Property, Farms and Estates team, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Claire to the team here in Oxford.

“Her technical knowledge and expertise will help strengthen the existing team and we are very excited to see what 2024 has in store for us”.
