Global real estate advisor Savills has announced 11 promotions within its Oxford office, effective from 01 March 2026, recognising the contributions of team members across several specialist departments.
The promotions include one new director, five associate directors, four associates, and one senior surveyor, reflecting the breadth of expertise within the Oxford team.
The newly promoted staff represent a range of disciplines including urban design, planning, development, rural management and consultancy, building and project consultancy, and property management.
The appointments highlight the firm’s continued investment in strengthening its local presence and supporting career progression across its professional teams.
Leading the promotions is Clare Mitchell, who moves up to the role of Director within the Urban Design team. Several colleagues have also been promoted to Associate Director positions, including members of the planning, property management, and rural consultancy teams.
