Dishoom is introducing a new Easter holiday promotion giving families the chance to win a free meal through a game called Family Matka.
The offer will run from 30 March to 17 April across all Dishoom cafés and Permit Room locations.
Families dining Monday to Friday before 6.00pm will be invited to take part in the promotion at the end of their meal, with children under 11 asked to roll a dice to determine the outcome.
If the dice lands on six, the full family bill for tables of up to 12 people will be covered by Dishoom.
If the roll does not land on six, each child will still receive a small gift, with prizes including marigold seeds and stickers.

The Family Matka concept takes inspiration from traditional games of chance and has been adapted by the restaurant group as a child-focused activity during the Easter school holidays.
Dishoom says the promotion is designed to add a playful family element to weekday dining during the holiday period.
The restaurant’s family menu includes smaller portions with reduced spice levels, offering dishes such as Murgh Malai and Paneer Tikka for younger diners.
Adults can continue to order from the full menu, which includes salads, snacks, curries and larger sharing dishes.
Dishoom cafés have become known for combining Bombay-inspired interiors with menus influenced by Irani cafés and Indian comfort food, attracting strong family dining demand during school breaks.
The offer applies only during weekday visits before 6pm and is available across all participating sites.
Dishoom’s Permit Room venues are also included in the promotion, extending the offer beyond the main café locations.
The Easter initiative forms part of a wider seasonal focus on family-friendly dining as hospitality brands compete for holiday bookings.
