Christmas is set for a distinctly lively soundtrack at Crazy Bear Stadhampton this year, where a programme of DJ nights, festive lunches, live jazz and carols will run throughout December.
The Oxfordshire venue is joining Crazy Bear’s Beaconsfield property in offering a broad programme of festive events, ranging from late-night Christmas parties to long lunches and more traditional celebrations.
DJs take over the Christmas party season
At Stadhampton, the Christmas party programme will feature a series of Thursday-to-Saturday DJ nights, with Norman Jay MBE among the headline names. He will be joined across the season by DJs including Brandon Block, Ricky Morrison, Ronnie Herel, Matt White and Norris ‘Da Boss’ Windross.
The evenings will combine DJs with Brazilian samba, live performers, a festive buffet and dancing.
For workplace celebrations, Monday-to-Wednesday party nights will take a different approach, with a festive buffet, Prosecco on arrival and a resident DJ.
Festive lunches and Sunday jazz
New for 2026, Crazy Bear is introducing Christmas lunches at both its Town and Country venues throughout December. Three-course lunches, with traditional festive trimmings, will be served from midday.
At Stadhampton, Sunday 06 December will bring a more relaxed afternoon of festive dining, with a three-course roast accompanied by live jazz.
Meanwhile, Crazy Bear Beaconsfield will introduce The Studio, a new private karaoke room available throughout the festive period, giving groups the option of continuing their celebrations with a private soundtrack.
Carols by the fire
As Christmas approaches, Stadhampton will host an evening of Christmas carols and live choir performances on Sunday 20 December.
The family-friendly event will take place on the terrace, with children and dogs welcome. Alongside the carols, guests can expect mulled wine and mince pies, while hot chocolate, marshmallows and s’mores will be served around the fire.
Christmas Day at Crazy Bear
Both Crazy Bear venues will open on Christmas Day for a four-course festive lunch. The celebrations will include canapés, a specially curated drinks menu, Christmas music and a glass of Champagne on arrival.
The venues will also be available for private Christmas parties and exclusive hire, with food, entertainment and the format tailored to individual groups.
Jen Needham, Marketing Director at Crazy Bear, said the programme was designed to offer different ways to celebrate, from office gatherings and family lunches to private parties and late-night events.
With Stadhampton’s December programme spanning club nights, long lunches, jazz and carols, Crazy Bear is positioning the venue as a destination for several different sides of the festive season.
