The Oxford Collection’s famous Grade ll listed Victorian Glasshouse will reopen during the week commencing 23 May, following a £1 million refurbishment and expansion.
The landmark Glasshouse on Oxford’s Banbury Road will close temporarily until May 2022 for a £1 million refurbishment and expansion to become Gees Restaurant, Bar, Gallery & Secret Garden.
The restaurant was praised by inspectors for “continuing to delight townies and gownies on the northern edge of the city centre” and its “very satisfying Mediterranean-influenced modern brasserie cooking”.
