Escapade Silverstone has launched its autumn menu at The Gallery, offering an elegant dining experience overlooking the world-famous Silverstone Circuit.
The seasonal menu combines comfort and sophistication, showcasing the finest autumn ingredients through a blend of classic dishes and inventive new creations. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or Sunday lunch in a refined yet relaxed setting that captures the warmth of the season.
The menu celebrates the bounty of autumn with bold flavours and beautifully presented dishes. Small plates include an Old Winchester Cheese Double-Baked Soufflé, Sourdough Loaf with Ampersand Salted Butter, Caesar Salad with Gem Lettuce, Parmesan and Bacon Crumb, and Crispy Pork Belly served with Spiced Plum Ketchup.
Mains feature standouts such as the 28-Day Dry-Aged Tomahawk with Kimchi Slaw, Peppercorn Sauce and Chips, and the Lemon-Marinated Spatchcock Poussin with Paprika Dip and Sweet Potato Fries. For something indulgent, guests can opt for the Rib Cap Beef Burger with Applewood Cheddar, Bacon Jam and Chilli Relish, or the Teriyaki-Glazed Atlantic Cod with Charred Tenderstem Broccoli.
Sundays at The Gallery feature a traditional roast selection – Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Vegetable Wellington – all served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and rich gravy. The Express Lunch menu also returns for autumn, offering exceptional value at one course for £18, two for £28, or three for £35, available Monday to Saturday from 12.00pm to 2.30pm.
Dessert lovers can look forward to comforting classics and refined creations, including Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce, Earl Grey Crème Brûlée with Shortbread Biscuit, and Chocolate Mousse with Caramel and Hazelnuts. A curated selection of British Cheeses and Crackers offers a savoury alternative to finish the meal.
Families are also welcomed with a dedicated Kid’s Menu, featuring Grilled Chicken with Vegetables and Mash, Cheddar & Ham Toastie, or Penne with Fresh Tomato Sauce. Younger diners can enjoy puddings such as Vanilla Panna Cotta with Summer Berries, Fruit Salad with Peach Sorbet, or a Warm Brownie with Chocolate Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.
