January is traditionally a month of careful spending, and The Alchemist is inviting guests to take a trip down memory lane by reviving its original 2010 menu.
Available nationwide throughout January, the limited-edition 2010 Revival Menu celebrates 16 years of The Alchemist, offering £6.00 cocktails and value-led dishes all month long.
The revival brings back some of the bar’s most iconic early cocktails alongside dishes that have become modern favourites. Leading the cocktail line-up is the much-loved White Chocolate Raspberry Martini (£6.00), an early Alchemist staple revived by popular demand.
The drink blends Absolut Raspberry Vodka, Mouse Kingdom Dark Berries Liqueur, Aperol, raspberry, cranberry and a signature white chocolate foam.

Also returning is the Colour Changing One (£6.00), a playful Alchemist classic that transforms before guests’ eyes. Combining Ketel One Vodka with crisp apple and citrus flavours, the cocktail shifts colour as it comes to life, delivering the theatrical experience the brand is known for.
The original Smokey Old Fashioned (£8.00) also makes a comeback, featuring Buffalo Trace Bourbon stirred with maple syrup and Jerry Thomas bitters, finished with aromatic smoke.
For guests seeking a non-alcoholic option, the Virgin Pornstar (£6.00) offers all the indulgence of its alcoholic counterpart, with pineapple, lemon, vanilla and passionfruit caviar paired with REAL Alc Free Royal Flush sparkling white. A refined low-ABV option at 1.55 per cent is also available.
Completing the cocktail selection is the Dead Red Zombie (£8.00), a tropical favourite blending Bacardi Carta Blanca, Wray & Nephew, Grand Marnier, citrus, pineapple, cranberry and the signature Zombie mix.

The food offering pairs nostalgia with comfort, featuring dishes that have stood the test of time. Highlights include the signature Chicken in a Basket (£8.00), served with crispy buttermilk chicken, golden fries, fresh slaw and a maple and bourbon BBQ glaze.
The Cheeseburger (£8.00) delivers a no-frills classic with American cheese, onions, dill pickle and signature burger sauce, and is also available as a plant-based option.
Guests can also choose from a selection of salads from £6.00 or opt for the elevated Fish & Chips (£10.00), featuring tempura-battered hake, furikake-seasoned fries, nori crushed peas, lemon and tartar sauce.
The 2010 Revival Menu is available throughout January at all The Alchemist venues nationwide, offering a chance to revisit the brand’s early days while enjoying great value dining and drinks.
