The popular eatery, which first opened in 2015, will officially reopen on Thursday, 05 February at 11.00am, after undergoing an extensive renovation aimed at enhancing both its dining space and kitchen facilities.

To celebrate the reopening, itsu is offering a free tray of gyoza to the first 100 customers on both Thursday and Friday during the opening week.

One of more than 150 stores at Bicester Village, the refurbished restaurant has been redesigned to create a lighter and brighter dining environment. Behind the scenes, the kitchen has also been upgraded to ensure customers continue to enjoy itsu’s high standards of fresh, nutritious food.

Among the highlights on the updated menu is the newly launched Vitality Glass Noodle Bowl, featuring four of itsu’s signature steamed chicken gyoza served in a veggie miso broth with glass noodles, nutrient-rich vegetables and a sunflower seed topping. The restaurant will also continue serving its staple sushi, noodle bowls and steamed gyoza.

Familiar faces will be returning too, with the original staff resuming their roles, including store manager Cristina Serban.

Cristina said:

“It’s amazing to be returning to Bicester Village with our newly updated restaurant. We might have closed our doors for a month, but we’ve been busy behind the scenes ensuring the transformation has gone seamlessly. A lot might have changed, but our selection of nutritious, fast and affordable dishes certainly hasn’t.”

Itsu at Bicester Village will operate its regular opening hours of 9.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10.00am to 7.00pm on Sundays.

Customers can also take advantage of itsu’s daily 50% discount on sushi items 30 minutes before closing, alongside exclusive app offers, 15% off for NHS workers and students, and rewards for Vitality members.
