An Oxfordshire-based physiotherapy practice is set to reshape workplace wellbeing with the launch of Flex Health Hub at Signal Yard, the new amenity destination at Milton Park.
The hub brings together physiotherapy, movement-based rehabilitation, structured exercise programmes, nutrition support, lifestyle medicine, behavioural guidance and education in one purpose-built setting.
By uniting clinically led wellness services under one roof, Flex Health Hub aims to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness.
Designed to tackle some of the most common causes of workplace absence and reduced quality of life — including seasonal illness, mental health challenges, back pain and wider musculoskeletal conditions — the facility will serve both Milton Park occupiers and the wider Oxfordshire community.
Its focus is on prevention as well as recovery, helping individuals remain active and energised at every stage of life.
Expert-led classes, workshops and educational talks will take place in state-of-the-art studios at Signal Yard. The programme will feature Reformer Pilates, yoga and kickboxing, alongside meditation, osteoporosis-focused movement sessions and seminars covering menopause, long-term health and sustainable lifestyle change.

Employers will also be able to access tailored packages, including wellness days, workstation assessments and subsidised initiatives aimed at improving team productivity and long-term health outcomes.
Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Specialist Tom Jacobs, who will lead operations at Flex Health Hub, said:
“We looked closely at the main reasons people struggle with their health at work and shaped our offer around addressing those issues properly rather than simply managing symptoms. This is not a commercial gym. It is a clinically informed space where people can genuinely look after their bodies and minds.”
Services will initially operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, with class passes and consultations available, while membership packages are due to launch later in the year. Early morning, lunchtime and evening sessions are planned to accommodate working schedules.
Additional services confirmed include counselling, joint injections and private GP-delivered acupuncture, with orthotics, gait analysis and a specialist behavioural-change and preventative-health partner set to follow.
Clare Fleet, Commercial Surveyor at Federated Hermes Real Estate, said:
“At Milton Park, improving the day-to-day experience of our occupiers is always front of mind. We already deliver weekly wellbeing initiatives but Flex Health Hub gives us the opportunity to deepen that commitment through a long-term partnership in a purpose-designed space.
“Flex’s approach to health and wellbeing aligns perfectly with what we want to achieve, and we’re excited to see the positive, lasting impact this facility will have on working life at the Park.”
Flex Health Hub will join independent eateries, an award-winning Oxfordshire brewery and bakery, and essential services at Signal Yard, reinforcing its focus on health, wellbeing and community.
