About The Lamb Inn, Crawley
The Lamb Inn, Crawley is a beautifully stylish country pub set in the heart of the village of Crawley, just outside Witney, dating back to the 18th Century with a focus on excellent locally sourced ingredients, and a straightforward eclectic wine list delivered with a big welcome.
The pub has a series of very cosy interconnecting rooms and the atmosphere of a classic old English inn, with a huge fireplace in the bar, low ceilings, beams as well as a suntrap of a beautiful beer garden with outside cooking and dining area including pizza ovens, bbq and an outdoor bar.
The Lamb pub offers an excellent selection of hearty British classic comfort food cooked as it should be, adding a nod to the far east on occasions, together with an eclectic wine list, a good selection of cask ales delivered with a warm welcome, great service and lovely cosy ambience.
Sebastian and Lana Snow longstanding Cotswolds publicans reopened the doors to the 18th-century Inn in April 2019 after a comprehensive refurbishment in their imitable shabby chic Cotswold style. Joined also by General Manager Paul Piper and Head Chef George Tauchman both previously with Sebastian and Lana at the Plough at Kelmscott and The Five Alls in Filkins.
Whether it’s a coffee, a quick pint, a light lunch following a long walk, something in a lunch hour from work or a candlelit dinner, The Lamb Inn has something for everyone.
