Wild’s Head Chef, Ben Chamberlain, brings over 16 years of experience to the kitchen, including a decade devoted to fire cooking. His philosophy centres on simplicity, seasonality and bold flavour, with dishes that allow exceptional ingredients to shine.
Influenced by both Michelin-starred techniques and the vibrancy of street food, Ben treats fire not just as a method but as an ingredient in itself, adding depth and character. At Wild, he creates a dining experience that celebrates food, flame and connection.
Eat & Drink
Wild offers an intimate dining experience around a copper-topped counter and fire pit in the courtyard marquee. Guests watch the chef cook over open flames, with dishes showcasing prime ingredients paired with finely balanced accompaniments, such as Orkney scallops with Indonesian butter.
Stay
For those wishing to extend their visit, The Bull offers 18 individually designed rooms and suites, combining the character of its historic coaching inn with contemporary comfort. After dining at Wild or enjoying drinks in the bar, guests can retire upstairs for a restful night, making The Bull an ideal choice for an overnight stay or a weekend escape in the Cotswolds.
