A huge three-day weekend of music will take place at Stonor Park in South Oxfordshire from Friday 12 August to Sunday 14 August.
Spanning the hottest in modern dance music with Café Mambo Ibiza (Friday), one of Scotland’s best-loved bands Texas (Saturday) and stunning orchestral sounds with the return of Stonor Park Proms (Sunday), it’s set to be a star-studded occasion for audiences descending on the Park.
Staged by the Bedford-based independent promoter, LPH Concerts & Events, Friday 12 August welcomes back the iconic Ibiza brand, Café Mambo, to Stonor Park. This unmissable event will bring the music and magic of the white isle to the stunning grounds where thousands of party people are set to gather in a festival-like experience under the stars.
Cutting-edge tunes will be dropped from a massive lineup of DJ talent, including BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, the 3x platinum-selling artists Disciples, Riton; best known for the Top 5 crossover smash hit ‘Friday’ ft Mufasa & Hypeman, Coco Cole (Capital Dance) and Café Mambo regular, Erik Hagleton.

Saturday will see music fans in their masses flock to hear hit after hit from the ever-popular Texas. Fronted by Sharleen Spiteri, the band has enjoyed phenomenal success releasing a string of seminal hit singles and selling over 40 million albums.
Their longevity is underlined by their 10th album ‘Hi’, which hit the Top 3 in the Official UK Albums Chart in May last year, 32 years after their 1989 debut album ‘Southside’ did the same. Support on the night comes from the acclaimed British singer-songwriter Rumer and rising star Tom Speight.
Closing out the weekend is the spectacular classical music concert, Stonor Park Proms, nearly 14 years on since it last took place against the incredible backdrop of one of Britain’s most impressive historic homes.
The London Gala Orchestra, conducted by Stephen Bell, will be joined by chart-topping opera star and BBC Radio Wales presenter Wynne Evans and Broadway and West End star Marisha Wallace as they perform an unmissable selection of popular classics, songs from musicals and flag-waving Prom favourites such as Jerusalem, Rule Britannia, Pomp and Circumstance March No.1.

Guests can also expect choreographed fireworks at the Proms designed by the two-time winners of the British Fireworks Championships, jaw-dropping laser displays, and a memorable flyover from a genuine and incredibly rare Supermarine Spitfire PR Mk XI aircraft which flew 40 missions over occupied Europe in the second World War. This is one for all the family to enjoy, with the event welcoming picnics for the ultimate British summer experience.
