Bryan Adams has been confirmed as the Friday Night headliner at Cornbury Festival 2021 which is now cancelled.

The Cornbury Festival 2021 at Great Tew Park has been cancelled due to the pandemic.

In a statement on the website, Hugh Phillimore, Cornbury Festival 2021 Event Organiser, said, “It really pains me to have to tell you I’ve finally decided to postpone Cornbury again to 08, 09 & 10 July 2022.

“We just don’t think we’ll be able to produce anything that resembles the lovely little event we’ve all enjoyed for the last 16 years. We also can’t risk trying to stage the festival, knowing it could still be cancelled at the very last minute by our Local Authorities. There’s currently no cancellation insurance available, and brave as we are, it’s just too scary to attempt it.”

He added, “Of course, we’d be hugely grateful if you would continue to support us and roll over your tickets to next year once again, in which case, your bookings will be protected against any price increases next year.”

All ticketholders from both 2020 and 2021 will be contacted shortly by Eventim, the ticketing company. There is no need for you to do anything at this stage.

Bryan Adams, a regular favourite at the festival, had been confirmed as the Friday Night Headliner.
