Oxford City Council is proposing to build 79 new homes on land West of Mill Lane in Marston, with 40 being provided as council homes (32 homes) and other affordable tenures. The remaining 39 homes will be offered for private sale. The homes intend to deliver a 70% carbon emission reduction from current building regulations.
