The Feathers Hotel in Woodstock is set to become a new destination for Oxfordshire food lovers with the launch of its monthly Supper Club series at The Nest, its recently Michelin Guide–recognised restaurant. The series begins on Thursday 25 September 2025 with a culinary showcase titled Cooked Over Coals.
Head Chef Luke Rawicki has created a five-course menu celebrating the flavours of smoke and char, highlighting seasonal produce and refined cooking techniques. Dishes on the launch menu include barbecued sea bass with leeks, Devon crab and shellfish bisque, alongside heritage beef sirloin and short rib served with beetroot and Brixton IPA.

Other courses include whipped feta cigar with black olive and preserved lemon, corn-fed chicken terrine, and a summer pudding parfait with chocolate, raspberry and mint. Each dish can be complemented with a specially curated wine pairing, featuring bottles such as Gremillet Brut and Pra Monte Grande Soave Classico.
The Cooked Over Coals evening starts at 7.30pm and can be booked directly with the hotel. Tickets are priced at £70 per person for the five-course menu, with the wine pairing option available for an additional £65 and can be booked by calling 01993 812 291.
Following the launch, The Feathers Supper Club will return monthly with a changing line-up of themes inspired by the finest seasonal ingredients. October’s event will spotlight Game, in fitting with the autumn season, and will take place on Thursday 30 October 2025.
