Ashmolean Museum has unveiled an exclusive capsule collection in collaboration with cult British label One Hundred Stars, marking the launch of its spring exhibition, In Bloom: How Plants Changed Our World.
The collection includes four pieces – two kimonos and two scarves – in new colourways of slate and forest green, inspired by the museum’s botanical artworks. Crafted sustainably from LENZING™ EcoVero™ and produced with a family-owned manufacturer in India, the designs combine vintage-inspired silhouettes with lush botanical prints.
Co-designer Isobella Snook said: “The Ashmolean’s collections – particularly the Old Masters and still lifes – have inspired me since childhood. Collaborating on the new In Bloom range feels incredibly meaningful and completely aligned with the One Hundred Stars aesthetic.”

The In Bloom exhibition, open 19 March to 16 August 2026 in the John Sainsbury Exhibition Galleries, explores how plants have shaped lifestyles, landscapes, trade, and science.
Featuring more than 100 works by historical and contemporary botanical artists – including Rachel Ruysch, Maria Sibylla Merian, Georg Dionysius Ehret, Ferdinand Bauer, Kate Friend, Işık Güner, and Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg – the show highlights the beauty, ingenuity, and global journeys of plants.
Alongside the capsule collection, the museum has expanded its UK-made retail offering, featuring clothing, accessories, jewellery, stationery, homeware, arts and crafts, wellness products, and the new Metaphysic fragrance in collaboration with Oxford Botanic Garden and 4160 Tuesdays, capturing the garden’s seasonal aromas.
Prices for the capsule range start at £38 for scarves and £50 for kimonos. Full retail and exhibition details are available online on Ashmolean’s website and in-store.
