AMCI Europe is relocating its European headquarters to Bicester Motion as the automotive events specialist expands its operations in Oxfordshire.

The company will move its 35-person team from Banbury into Building 90, The Main Stores, at the 444-acre future mobility estate.

The new premises cover 7,410 square feet and will be developed into a flexible headquarters designed for office use, automotive events, training programmes and client engagement.

AMCI Europe works exclusively in the automotive sector, supporting manufacturers and mobility brands ranging from luxury marques to emerging challenger companies.

Its move to Bicester Motion places the business within one of the UK’s most established automotive innovation communities, located in the centre of Motorsport Valley.

The new headquarters will feature a dedicated event space with vehicle access, along with meeting rooms that will be available to both AMCI clients and other companies based on the estate.

The building is also designed to support training sessions, workshops, video production and photography projects.

AMCI plans to host smaller automotive events on site and make use of Bicester Motion’s test track as part of its expanded client services.

The company will also be able to connect with the wider Bicester Motion community during major estate events, including the popular Scramble, which takes place three times each year for classic and modern car enthusiasts.

Neil Brogden, founder of AMCI Europe, said the move would create new opportunities for collaboration and innovation within the automotive sector.

Daniel Geoghegan, chief executive of Bicester Motion, said the company’s arrival strengthened the estate’s collaborative environment and added another specialist automotive business to the growing site.

The relocation marks a significant stage in AMCI Europe’s development as it strengthens its client offering and establishes a permanent base within one of Britain’s leading mobility clusters.

Bicester Motion is home to more than 50 mobility businesses and collectively contributes more than half a billion pounds to the UK economy.
