Escapade Silverstone has unveiled its new Express Lunch menu at The Gallery, bringing a refined yet time-conscious dining experience to the iconic motorsport destination.
Available Monday to Friday from 12.00pm to 2.30pm, the new offering is designed for guests seeking a delicious, high-quality lunch that fits neatly into a busy schedule—whether visiting for business, travel, or leisure.
The Express Lunch menu showcases a carefully curated selection of vibrant, seasonal plates that marry bold flavours with elegant presentation. Among the Small Plates are the Shellfish Bisque and Crispy Pork Belly with a Szechuan Pepper Glaze and Plum Ketchup.
Main courses include Teriyaki-glazed Atlantic Cod with Charred Tenderstem Broccoli; Braised Beef Ragù with Pappardelle, Slow-braised Cherry Tomatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano; and a Beetroot Burger with Confit Mushroom, Avocado, Chilli Relish and Sweet Potato Fries.
For dessert, diners can indulge in Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Cream, Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream, or Earl Grey Crème Brûlée with a Shortbread Biscuit.

Priced at £18 for one course, £28 for two courses, or £35 for three, the Express Lunch offers exceptional value in an elevated setting that celebrates both food and atmosphere.
