Escapade Silverstone has launched its new Festive Menu at The Gallery restaurant, offering guests the chance to enjoy elevated seasonal dining overlooking the world-famous Silverstone Circuit.
Running from 01 December 2025 to 03 January 2026, the limited-time menu blends bold flavours, elegant presentation and festive favourites, with prices starting from £55 for two courses or £65 for three.
Guests can begin their dining experience with seasonal small plates such as House Beetroot-Cured Chalk Stream Trout with horseradish cream, Pan-Seared Scottish Scallops with maple-cured bacon, a decadent Duck Liver Parfait, or Jerusalem Artichoke Soup enriched with popcorn and truffle.
For mains, highlights include Sage-Roasted Turkey Breast Ballotine with all the trimmings, Spiced Ale-Braised Ox Cheek, indulgent Seabass with celeriac and barley risotto, and a vegan Feta and Root Vegetable Pithivier.
Dessert options add to the festive indulgence, featuring Panettone Pudding with clementine custard, Honduran Mayan Red Chocolate Fondant, Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce, and a refined cheese selection.
Alongside the Festive Menu, The Gallery will continue to offer sophisticated all-day dining options, while larger groups can take advantage of private dining for up to 40 guests or exclusive hire of The Gallery’s restaurant, bar and dining spaces.
Escapade Silverstone also offers festive, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve stay packages across its 60 contemporary residences and 180 ensuite bedrooms, each providing stunning views of the circuit or surrounding countryside.
