Escapade Silverstone has unveiled its new Festive Menu at The Gallery, offering diners an elegant and memorable Christmas experience overlooking the world-famous Silverstone Circuit.
Running from 01 December 2025 to 03 January 2026, the seasonal menu brings together refined British cooking, bold festive flavours, and one of the most unique dining views in the country.
Guests can enjoy two courses from £55 or three courses from £65, making it an appealing option for those seeking something special over the Christmas period, whether for celebrations, family gatherings, or a break from festive hosting.
The menu opens with a series of indulgent small plates, including House Beetroot-Cured Chalk Stream Trout with horseradish cream, Pan-Seared Scottish Scallops with maple-cured bacon, and a rich Duck Liver Parfait with kumquats and savoury granola. A comforting Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with truffle provides a sophisticated plant-based option.
For mains, diners can enjoy a classic Sage-Roasted Turkey Breast Ballotine complete with festive trimmings, or a luxurious Spiced Ale-Braised Ox Cheek served with honey-roasted carrots and potato purée.
Seafood lovers can choose the creamy Seabass, Celeriac and Barley Risotto, while vegans are well catered for with a colourful Feta and Root Vegetable Pithivier accompanied by roasted sprouts and porcini jus.
Desserts bring all the magic of Christmas to the table, from a warming Panettone Pudding with clementine custard to a rich Honduran Mayan Red Chocolate Fondant served with cranberry ice cream. A classic Sticky Toffee Pudding and a premium cheese selection round out the options.

A dedicated children’s menu ensures that families can also enjoy the experience together. The Gallery continues to operate as an all-day dining destination throughout the season, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday lunch alongside the festive menu.
For larger groups, Escapade Silverstone provides an exceptional setting for Christmas parties. Options include private dining for up to 40 guests, exclusive hire of The Gallery, or use of the venue’s Private Dining and Briefing Rooms.
Guests can extend their celebrations with an overnight stay in one of Escapade Silverstone’s 60 contemporary residences, each offering countryside or trackside views. A range of festive, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve packages are also available.
