Heavenly Desserts is introducing a new limited-edition spring and summer menu inspired by Japanese flavours and seasonal preferences, with the collection available nationwide from 24 March until 26 July.
The premium dessert brand said the three-item menu has been developed in response to changing consumer tastes, with greater interest in lighter flavours, ingredient awareness and indulgence linked to wellbeing and presentation.
The new range takes inspiration from Japanese dessert culture, focusing on balance, delicate flavour combinations and visually distinctive presentation.
The seasonal menu includes Tokyo Honey Butter Toast, described as a warm brioche dessert layered with honey richness and balanced with floral and fruit notes designed to create a lighter finish.

Also joining the menu is Lavender Matcha, combining matcha with soft botanical flavours in line with growing interest in functional ingredients and calming flavour profiles.

The third addition, Spiced Mango Kori, is an ice-blended dessert combining sweetness with subtle spice and a chilled texture intended for warmer weather.

Heavenly Desserts said the trio has been designed to suit both brunch and dessert occasions, offering a seasonal menu that balances warmth and freshness.
The company said the collection reflects increasing demand among younger consumers for food experiences that combine indulgence with creativity, particularly where visual appeal and ingredient selection influence purchasing decisions.
The desserts will be available for a limited period across all Heavenly Desserts locations.
Founded in 2008, the brand has built its reputation around artisan desserts and continues to position itself around premium presentation and seasonal innovation.
