Hinksey Heated Outdoor Pool has opened for the 2022 summer season, and bookings are being accpeted via the Fusion Lifestyle website or app.

Hinksey Heated Outdoor Pool has opened for the 2022 summer season.

The facility opened on Thursday, 12 May, and bookings are being accpeted via the Fusion Lifestyle website at https://www.fusion-lifestyle.com/centres/hinksey-outdoor-pool/login/ or on the Fusion Lifestyle app, with a range of membership offers and single session bookings.

Located in Hinksey Park, the large heated pool has a shallow fun area for children and a deeper section for serious swimmers. There’s also a water feature, large grass sunbathing area and a cafe.

Opening times for the pool initially are:

  • Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 2.15pm
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8.00am to 6.00pm

The opening hours will be increased as soon as possible.

Lido summer season memberships are available at https://www.fusion-lifestyle.com/centres/hinksey-outdoor-pool/memberships/ at the following rates:

  • Adult Season Pass: £168
  • Adult Concession Season Pass: £87
  • Child Season Pass: £87
  • Family Season Pass (2 adults, 2 children): £326

With a Lido summer season membership, you get priority booking.

Discounts are available through the Bonus Card for people on qualifying benefits, either as a monthly membership from £21.30 or a single session price of £2.60.

Free swimming sessions for under-16s living in Oxford are available at all Council-owned pools. Information on how to apply for a free swim card is on the City Council website.

Charlie Clements, General Manager of Hinksey Heated Outdoor Pool, said: “There is no better place to spend summer days than at the pool. We wanted to create a summer season ticket that would make visiting regularly affordable for our local residents and we’re looking forward to welcoming regular swimmers over the coming months.”
