Scottfraser recognised in Best Estate Agent Guide Awards 2023

Estate agency Scottfraser based in Oxfordshire, within the property services group Leaders Romans Group (LRG), has attained the high standards required to be awarded the industry’s most prestigious mark of excellence.

Each year, a rigorous assessment of every estate and letting agent in the country is carried out. Each is assessed for property marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of the price achieved compared with other agents in the same location.

The best agents are listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide, a website for landlords and sellers, which helps them choose which agents to use to sell or let their property.

When this year’s results were announced at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, LRG brand Scottfraser were rated Excellent for Sales and Gold Lettings winners.

Shaun Barnett, Regional Lettings Director of LRG, commented: “We are delighted to have been included in the Best Estate Agent Guide again in 2023. The assessment is industry-wide, and only those agents which meet the very highest standards are included. The inclusion of several of our brands establishes them as being among the very best in the country.

“Having a good agent has never been more important: with some challenges facing the property market in the year ahead, it is absolutely vital that homeowners, purchasers and landlords get the very best valuations and advice that they can. In the case of Leaders Romans Group, this extends to a wider range of property services, including advice on mortgages and insurance.”

Each year the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards assesses approximately 15,000 estate agents based on property marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of the price achieved compared with other agents in the same location.
